Because consultancy outcomes cannot be reversed once delivered refunds are not automatically granted however we may assess requests individually. If a client believes service was not provided as described they may contact support@fafinancials.co.uk
outlining the concern and we will review circumstances fairly. Refunds if approved will be issued according to assessment and agreement. No refund exists for advisory outcomes that did not meet expectation or market results beyond our influence.
